ROSALÍA - LUX Tour (2026)
Rosalía is making her grand return to Toronto next June. The Catalonian star will be bringing her decadent LUX era to Scotiabank Arena as part of her 2026 world tour. The album has been a critical and cultural smash, topping multiple album of the year lists and breaking numerous streaming records. The question at this point isn't whether Rosalía can sell the moment, it's how much her fans are willing to pay to experience it.

The factors
Here's everything pushing this presale up or down the FaceValue scale.
Four years since Motomami ++
This will be Rosalía's first show in Toronto since her Motomami stop at Budweiser Stage in 2022. The show wasn't a full-blown sellout, but her popularity has only grown since then. Four years is a great sweet spot where it's long enough for hype to mount but still short enough for fans to remember missing her.
LUXury tax? -
There's a level of richness to the LUX era. Everything about the rollout feels lavish and elegant and ornate... dare I say, expensive? It seems like a targeted effort to assign Rosalía's image to that of opulence. Even looking at the seating map feels too rich for my poor eyes. I fully expect tickets to reflect this affluent vision and for many fans to be priced out.
Sole Canadian Date, No Close Alternatives +
The nearest date will be in New York at Madison Square Garden. While it could siphon some fans looking for the most luxurious LUX experience, I don't expect it'll make much of a dent.
Summertime Saturday Slot +
One of the best times to book an arena show. This could definitely influence impulse buys the week of.
Latin & global pop is booming in Toronto ++
Bad Bunny, Shakira, and Rauw Alejandro are just a few artists who have recently graced Scotiabank Arena. All were massive financial successes. It's yet to be established whether a 2026 Rosalía can have the same gravitational pull, but a sellout would only extend what is becoming the new norm.
That Fred again clip was crazy.. +
This one's mostly for fun, but c'mon... Surely there are a few people out there that saw the viral clip of Fred again and Four Tet spinning LUX lead single, Berghain (which completely beguiled a crowd of thousands to remove the stickers from their cameras to start filming), and thought, "Yeah, put me down for 6 tickets of whatever that was."

My recommendation is Big Buy. The words discount and LUX are incompatible with one another. Assuming you're ready to splash out on tickets, you have 8 hours to make amends with the Ticketmaster Gods and pray for a good queue position.
