The factors

Here's everything pushing this presale up or down the FaceValue scale.

The buzz isn't there yet --

While her popularity is rising (with a recent Hot 100 entry), Beer's ambitions are a bit lofty with these venue choices. She is jumping from a ~2,500 capacity theatre tour to mini-arenas with around 5,000-8,000 capacity. There's even Kia Forum and Madison Square Garden dates in there?! Heh... more like Madison Beer Garden.. if you're Square. (PLEASE DON'T UNSUB PLEASE DON'T UNSUB!!)

Anyway, she's yet to prove that she can sell venues of this caliber. Maybe her team is anticipating an Addison Rae or Zara Larsson level of rise in the coming months.

Resale prices for Zara Larsson's upcoming tour

We can see with Larsson the drawbacks of booking reservedly. Her upcoming theatre tour quickly sold out, with resale in the hundreds for all dates following a recent surge in popularity. The problem is, as her booking team, you can't really plan for that kind of spike.

It's on a Friday, summer night +

Weekend-anchored shows will almost always outperform early/midweek ones. It's an easier commitment for casual fans. By parking Toronto's stop in the middle of July, it makes it an even easier buy.

Will be limited to one show +

Beer will be in Detroit the night before and has a date with Boston on the 12th, leaving only the 11th open for an additional Toronto date. It's very unlikely for another night to be added, given it would force her into a 5-night stretch with two border crossings. Not ideal!

Coca-Cola shows don't tend to sell -

The venue itself is an awkward middle child for shows too big for History but too small for Scotiabank Arena. I associate shows booked at Coca-Cola Coliseum with a lack of confidence. Past concerts have shown us that it's fairly easy to scoop up a last-minute ticket for cheap. Even Doechii, who was slated to become a megastar in 2025, saw tickets drop below face value.

My recommendation is to Wait. I'm sensing a slow-sellout approach for this tour, meaning you'll have ample opportunity to buy tickets at face value. If it holds, you can expect discounted tickets closer to July. If you start seeing Madison Beer's popularity surging, that'll be your sign to calmly lock in on those tickets.

FaceValue Verdict for Chris Stapleton: Wait

Post-Show Verdict

Added: July 13th, 2026

Was the call right? How cheap did Madison Beer tickets really get? I talk about all of that here, so you can see how much readers that took my advice saved.

FaceValue Verdict for Evanescence - World Tour: Correct

The call I made on January 13th, 2026, a week before artist presale had started was Correct. This is how the sale period played out. First, a look at face value prices when tickets first went on sale in January.

Madison Beer — Coca-Cola Coliseum
July 13, 2026
Face value prices (fees included):
GA: $140.75
Floor: $115.00 - $286.04
100s: $80.25 - $289.30
Suites: $127.25

Prices held strong for Madison Beer in Toronto for most of the time between presale and the concert. The ticket map looked sold out and for the longest time, it was looking like the Wait verdict would have been wrong.

But in the month before the show, the cracks were starting to show.

Here's a graph showing how ticket availability and get-in prices fluctuated in the weeks leading up to the show. The dotted line represents the initial get-in price of $80.25. The white line is the cheapest available ticket across Ticketmaster, StubHub, and TickPick. The grey line is the total remaining inventory on Ticketmaster. The green area represents how much cheaper tickets got compared to the original cheapest face value ticket price.

Madison Beer get-in prices and inventory in the weeks leading up to the concert

On June 26th, that's when we first saw prices breach below face value, and from then on, it was like the dam burst. Prices completely collapsed in the days leading up to the show! Here's how low I was able to record prices for each section.

Lowest recorded prices per section for Madison Beer in Toronto

GA got as low as $85 (-40%). Floor was $63 (-45%), with a single price observation spike at $60. 100s were over half off at a low of $39 (-52%), and Suites went down to $55 (-57%).

No matter what section you wanted to be in, you were able to get deals of around 50% for Madison Beer in Toronto.

Wait was the right call.
