FaceValue Live is open!
Hey, quick one this time.
Over the last few months, I've been thinking about where the FaceValue community can connect. Somewhere that can keep up with the pace of new information. Somewhere people can actually talk to each other in real-time, share deals as they find them, coordinate for presales, and chat about verdicts.
I built that place, and I'm excited to loop you in.
It's called FaceValue Live. It's a Discord server that's up and running right now. You can join it by clicking here.
Here are a few things you'll find inside:
- #just-announced - I set up a bot called Justin Ounced that posts every new Toronto concert as soon as Ticketmaster lists it. No more missing out on announcements, no more refreshing 15 different social media pages. It's all in one spot. Finally.
- #war-room - Presale coordination. Queuing up for a show? Chat with others, share your queue number, and help each other secure tickets.
- #deals - Any ticket deals that me or you come across. Help each other get the best price.
- #verdicts - I'll post FaceValue Buy/Wait verdicts as I make them. Sound off if you think I got them wrong 😄
- #general - Talk Toronto concerts, music, and make a new concert buddy.
That's it! I kept it small and focused for now. That's intentional.
This is a community effort, so I want to let it organically develop and let you help shape what it becomes. There are a thousand things FaceValue Live could be, but only a handful that it should be.
