Conan Gray - Wishbone (2026)

Conan Gray - Wishbone Tour banner image

Gen-Z heartthrob Conan Gray is making his way back to Toronto as part of his Wishbone World Tour. Gracefully moving on up from prior shows at Mod Club, REBEL, History, and recently Bud Stage, Conan has his sails set on Scotiabank Arena as he continues his voyage to world dominance.

At this point, you can't help but feel bad for the rest of the provinces. Of the nine shows he's ever trekked to Canada for, this will be the sixth just in Toronto. For good reason too, his last show at Bud Stage was the biggest headlining show of his career at the time. The question now is, does the momentum carry him into a Scotia Sellout?

💡How I rate shows

  • Various factors are considered, including community sentiment, time since last show, pricing, proximity to nearby dates, and more
  • Each factor is given a positive or negative score. Positive scores swing in the direction of Buy, and negative scores swing towards Wait
  • Factors sum up to one score, which becomes the FaceValue Verdict: Buy or Wait

The factors

Here's everything pushing this presale up or down the FaceValue scale.

This is Conan's fourth date in Toronto in four years -8

Sixth in the last seven years. Fans have had ample opportunity to see the Little League singer.

Conan Gray's Canada shows
C'mon, not even Vancouver?!

The only Canadian date +4

Once again leaving the rest of the country out to sea, Toronto will be Canadians only opportunity to see him.

Most of his recent dates saw big drop-offs in resale -7

Checking in on the TicketData.com history for past events, tickets for the first collar of the Wishbone tour saw major discounts across the board. In fairness, it was a B-market tour, meaning he was hitting smaller metropolitan areas. So we should expect less demand there as his team was gauging demand for the World Tour. Still, the venues are only getting bigger.

Conan's last tango in Toronto didn't sell so hot -6

The Bud Stage stop, which will only have been 17 months prior, didn't look to sell so hot. Close to showtime, there were numerous Reddit posts trying to dump tickets below face value, with lawn tickets going as low as $20.

The momentum just isn't there -4

While Conan's growth has been steady, it hasn't been explosive enough to suggest that this time will be any different. The show is only four months out, and February on a Monday isn't generally primetime for a show up North.

The verdict

My recommendation is Big Wait. Unless the music industry decides to rally behind Conan like their lives depend on it, or Holiday becomes the Christmas smash that puts Mariah Carey to shame, I would count on being able to find cheap tickets closer to showtime.

Post-Show Verdict

Was the call right? How cheap did tickets get? I got all the receipts right here for you, so you can see how much readers that took my advice would have saved.

This is the first show in FaceValue's history to complete the "announcement to showtime" loop and I'm happy to report the verdict was Correct. Here's how things played out. First, this is how face value prices looked when tickets went on sale back in October.

This is what the ticket map looked like on October 30th, 1 week after general sale:

Looks sold out, doesn't it? For most of the time between general sale and February, this is how the map looked, with only resale tickets available (prices hovered around $200 - $1000+). Then in late January:

Tickets quietly pop up

Tickets that were originally hidden quietly popped up in the 100s, priced around $150 - $230. These were marked as Official Platinum tickets, but were still priced below the original maximum price of $367.69.

These tickets, along with many from the January 26th drop were still readily available at 8:45PM, 45 minutes after the scheduled show start time. And that's not even the biggest cost-save of the night...

Pit for over 70% off!

You're looking at regular priced GA pit tickets for Conan Gray that were available day-of for only $177.50. That's $476 cheaper than pit cost if you bought during presale, and upwards of $800 cheaper than if you bought pit resale at any point between October and February, for the best view in the house.

These tickets were available for multiple hours, with screenshots I have saved on my phone timestamping availability at the very least between 4:23PM and 7:07PM. I was able to cart 6 of them at once (before releasing them back to the wild) to confirm it wasn't just a few.

In summary, here's what you would have saved on Conan Gray Toronto tickets by choosing to Wait.

💸
Money Saved by Waiting - Conan Gray Toronto
GA Pit: $476.00 - $800.00
100's: Up to $276.19
300's: Up to $49.00

The takeaway?

"Sold out" doesn't mean what it used to mean. Venues, promoters, and artists will often hold hundreds of tickets, giving off the appearance of a sold out show while reaping the benefits of inflated resale prices. Don't get caught up in the FOMO. Keep staying in the loop with FaceValue to save more of your hard earned money on concert tickets.

I gotchu'😉.
